Please have your family veterinarian either fill out an online referral form, or email a referral form and your pet's medical records to [email protected], or fax the above to 2408 2518.

If you must cancel your appointment, please call 2408 2588 at least 3 calendar days in advance.

Walk-ins are available and appointments are not required for Urgent Care & Emergency Services. Please bring your pet to our VSH hospitals for urgent care or emergency needs at any time, 24 hours 7 days a week.
